Shortlisted for an eye for design

I was absolutely delighted to find out that I am one of three lucky ladies shortlisted for the Eye for Design Award! It’s a real honour to be amongst these talented women who are being recognised for their passion and achievements, working in job roles that span the entire digital spectrum.

During my studies in Graphic Design and early work experience, my impression of the industry was that it was mostly male-dominated. If anything, this increased my drive and determination to pursue design as a career and land my first digital role at SOAK Digital.

Six years later, working as a Lead Designer and enjoying the daily UX challenges of web and app design for some of the worlds biggest brands. I hope that I can help inspire and encourage young women who also have an ’eye for design' to follow their passion and step into the digital sector.
