Hoseasons, the UK's leading self-catering holiday specialist, asked us to brand their affiliate marketing portal in line with their existing public facing website.

Client Objectives

Hoseasons were keen to offer their affiliates a consistent brand experience while also improving the overall user experience of their affiliate portal. Instilling confidence in existing and potential affiliates through a consistent brand message was important in order to maximise affiliate retention and increase sign up rates.

Our Approach

There were two key elements to this project; firstly delivering a set of on-brand informational pages and secondly integrating with DirectTrack's affiliate tracking program and Hoseasons chosen affiliate tool.

A clear and user friendly IA was was produced in order to create a straightforward user journey which extolled the benefits of Hoseasons' affiliate program. A clear and consistent navigation, along with easy to read content ensured that Hoseasons' wide range of affiliate users had no problem finding the information they needed.

The integration of DirectTrack's affiliate tool was carried in a very methodical manner. Liaising with DirectTrack's technical support team, Soak developers worked meticulously to ensure that the registration process, login and reporting pages were rendering the correct information in a style in keeping with the rest of the affiliate portal look and feel.

Results

We delivered an on-brand, user-friendly affiliate portal that clearly presents the user with the information they need. Seamlessly integrating with their chosen affiliate tool meant a more professional and enhanced user experience.
