One of Soak's co-founders, Jake heads up our client services team and has extensive experience in project management, producing commercially successful solutions across a broad range of market sectors including Financial Services, Publishing, Leisure & Tourism, Automotive, FMCG, Electronics and Telecoms. Involved in all aspects of Soak's business, Jake brings solid strategic and creative insight to the team having been involved with design, digital and marketing since the mid 90s.
One of Soaks founding partners Jim has over 12 years agency experience producing many award-winning projects for clients including; Nissan, Proton, Fujifilm, ntl, Swinton and Morley Fund Management.
Jim truly understands the whole marketing mix and works closely with the team on business development and integrated marketing strategies for both new and existing clients.
Adam is one of Soak's client-side specialists with over eight years of commercial experience working mainly with front-end technologies like XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Previously a director of another digital agency before starting Soak, Adam's skills extend beyond those of just a client-side developer.
James has a proven track record, helping a number high profile UK companies improve their return on investment by implementing innovative, commercially-driven marketing strategies. He also brings a wealth of experience in both Paid and Organic Search Engine Marketing to further enhance the agency proposition.
James joins the team from Hoseasons, the leading UK self catering holiday specialist. Within his role of online marketing manager he helped drive the strategy and transition of the company's on-line business, increasing on-line sales by more than 100% in 3 years, to the point of a major acquisition in 2010.
Julian is an integral part of our growing client services team. With an exceptional eye for detail, Julian is meticulous in his approach to project delivery and has already notched up some impressive results, delivering a range of successful projects for a number of our key clients.
Joining from one of the UK's leading holiday providers, Julian's background is in online marketing having worked across a variety of campaign types including HTML Email, Pay-Per-Click, Display Advertising and Affiliates.
David has been working in corporate sales and business development for over 8 years, helping a number of high-profile UK companies improve their return on investment by implementing innovative, commercially-driven marketing strategies.
David is an integral member of Soak's client services team and is focusing on expansion into new business sectors in both the UK and overseas.
Ronan is one of our dedicated client-side specialists with an exceptional eye for detail and a confidence inspiring approach to development. He's been responsible for implementing many Web 2.0 features from AJAX-driven postcode lookups to Google map-driven route plotting and image galleries. Ronan has experience working on an array of different projects and, to boot, has extremely valuable server-side experience making him an ideal candidate for HTML to CMS integration work.
With over 14 years of IT and internet experience, Steve is Soak's software and hardware oracle. Steve's primary role is the development of server-side systems though he's often found administering Linux installations and hardening our web platforms. Steve has particular experience in software benchmarking and profiling which means our code is always running in tip-top condition!
Eugene is analytical to the core, the resident number cruncher! His ability to analyse numbers and processes and transfer findings into solutions is really confidence inspiring. His experience spans both Microsoft and Linux technologies having previously worked in the development department of a highly respected national construction firm. Eugene has experience in mobile technologies, image processing, e-commerce systems and booking engines among others. What's more, Eugene can properly handle his booze!
Alan is one of our creative team working hard to push creative boundaries continuously. He has a passion for illustration and a keen eye for design.
Graduating with a First from the BA Graphic Design course at the University for the Creative Arts in Maidstone, Kent, Alan is a skilled designer and a solid member of the team.
