Jim has worked in digital marketing for over 10 years, producing a number of award winning projects for clients including: Nissan, Proton, Fujifilm, ntl, Swinton Insurance and Morley Fund Management.
One of Soak's founding partners, Jim takes a hands-on approach to project delivery. He works closely with our client services team on business development and integrated marketing strategies for both new and existing clients.

Jake Hithersay
One of Soak's co-founders, Jake has been involved with design, digital and marketing since the mid 90s.
Jake heads up our client services team and has extensive experience in project management, producing commercially successful solutions across a broad range of market sectors including: Financial Services, Leisure & Tourism, Automotive, FMCG and Telecoms.
More recently, Jake's digital expertise was called upon as a judge in the 'online category' of the national newspaper awards.

James Thomson
With over 12 years programming experience, James started his career coding EDI systems in C back in the 90s, paving a natural course into Web development during the Internet boom years. His focus today is on producing class-leading CMS solutions and driving forward Soak's overall server-side offering.
James also has a keen interest in A/B and multi-variate testing which has proven key in evolving the way that Soak develops applications. As a developer he's worked with brands and agencies such as Nissan, AXA, Shop Direct Group, Norwich Union, Aviva, Lotus Cars, Ideal Standard International, EMC Conchango, Archant, Arqiva, Morley.

Adam Collison
Adam is one of Soak's client-side specialists with over 8 years of commercial experience working mainly with front-end technologies like XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Previously a director of another digital agency before starting Soak, his skills extend beyond those of just a client-side developer.

Ronan Sprake
Ronan is one of our dedicated client-side specialists with an exceptional eye for detail and a confidence inspiring approach to development. He's been responsible for implementing many Web 2.0 features from AJAX-driven postcode lookups to Google map-driven route plotting and image galleries.
Ronan has experience working on an array of different projects and, to boot, has extremely valuable server-side experience making him an ideal candidate for HTML to CMS integration work.

Alan Offord
Alan is one of our creative team working hard to push creative boundries continuously. He has a passion for illustration and a keen eye for design.
Graduating with a First from the BA Graphic Design course at the University for the Creative Arts in Maidstone, Kent. Alan is a skilled designer and a solid member of the team.

Steve Perfect
With over 14 years of IT and Internet experience, Steve is Soak's software and hardware oracle. Steve's primary role is the development of server-side systems though he's often found administering Linux installations and hardening our web platforms. Steve has particular experience in software benchmarking and profiling which means our code is always running in tip-top condition!

Steve has been working in corporate sales and business development for over 20 years, helping a number of high-profile UK companies improve their return on investment by implementing innovative, commercially-driven marketing strategies.
After recently returning from working in the Far East, Steve is already an integral member of Soak's client services team and is focusing on expansion into new business sectors in both the UK and overseas.
